1. Self-Study Courses
1.1 Course Completion Timeframe
Students must complete their self-study courses within 30 days from the date of purchase.
1.2 Course Extension
If the course is not completed within the allotted 30 days, students must repay to rejoin the course.
1.3 Refund Policy
No refunds are provided for self-study courses once purchased.
2. Live Sessions (1:1 and Group Classes)
2.1 No Refunds
No refunds are available for live sessions, whether they are one-on-one or group classes.
2.2 Class Adjustments
To reschedule a class, both the teacher and the student must inform each other at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to notify within this timeframe will result in the session being counted as completed.
2.3 Session Link
Once the session link is shared with the student, the session will be counted as attended, regardless of whether the student joins or not.
